CNC-machining

When do you need CNC machined prototypes:?

for functional parts and assembled products that need to be checked on functional, properties or their discrepancies, fittings or tolerances check.

The process:

CNC machining can be defined as the process of removing plastic or aluminium material from a work piece, usually a sheet of thick plastic. it is a subtraction prototype method, We have 3,4 and 5 axis milling machines with high speed and CNC turning and multitasking Lathe machinery.

Material and finishing:

We can make your CAD models out of a wide range of plastic materials such as ABS, POM, PP, PA+fiberglass, PA, transparent materials such as PMMA, PC, hard foam and Renshape.

Steel , such as Stainless steel 306 , Brass and Aluminum 6061 T are matrials that are regularly chosen for high performance prodects. Aluminium can be anodized at our subsupplier,

Delivery times:

usually between 5-10 days depending on your quantity, finishing choices.

Tolerances:

0.1 mm per 100mm

Vacuum casting in China

When needed:

for marketing or fields test sample, assembly tests , that show the right form and function of your product or part and when you need more than 5 and less than 100

The process:

we use a 5-steps process

  1. create a master model of your cad creation by Stereo lithography or CNC machining.
  2. this master model is the base of a silicone mould.
  3. Poly urethane will be  filled in the mould's void
  4. Parts are remove form the silicone mold
  5. finishing and painting

Material and finishing:

We have poly urethanes that resemble the material properties of ABS, Nylon (Delrin),POM,

PC, Pmma but also rubber ( TPE a likes)

Delivery times:

This depends on the quantity, finishing requirements. ..

Tolerances:

0.1 mm and higher
